What is CCL?

CCL is shortcut name for Copper Clad Laminate, core raw material for PCB fabrication. CCL is made of epoxy resin, glass fiber or other reinforcing material cladded by copper one sided or double sided. Main categories are FR4, metal core, CEM-3, CEM-1, 22F, XPC, PTFE, etc.
