Dragon Boat Festival Holiday Notice from High Quality PCB

Dear Valued customers and partners,

Greetings from HIGH QUALITY PCB! We are about to welcome the Dragon Boat Festival, in line with which we would like to announce our holiday schedule and some important instructions about orders and productions during this period.

Holiday Schedule

Our company will be closed for Dragon Boat Festival holiday from June 19th (Friday) to June 21st (Sunday), 2026. All business including production, customer service and logistics will resume on June 22nd (Monday), 2026.

Order Placement and Processing

For good order, we remind you to place orders on time:

• Order Deadlines: Orders on or before June 15th, 2026 are to be delivered for production before the holiday. Orders after the above date will be line up for process after June 22nd.
• Urgent Orders: For urgent requirements, kindly get in touch with your account manager or our customer service team prior to the 15th June to confirm possibility and arrangements.

Notices on production schedule and delivery

Production lines of IC substrate, SLP, HDI PCB, and rigid flex PCB will stop working during the holiday. 
To avoid any disruption to your projects, we offer the following advice:

IC Substrate Division

All critical designs and engineering files must be submitted before 17th, June for review and approval.
The lead times of our IC substrate products are subject to slight change, please contact your project manager in prior.

SLP (Substrate-Like PCB) Division

When placing an order for high-precision SLP production and the order falls within the holidays, please expect a longer delivery period.
Unresolved technical queries (if any) should be answered by June 18th to avoid delays.

HDI PCB Division

Plan your schedule in advance if you have multilayer high density HDI PCB orders, ensuring adequate production time.
Testing and inspection will resume after the holiday, so please allow for that in your schedule.

Rigid Flex PCB Division

Rigid-flex PCB orders with tight deadline, please contact our team for priority production before the holiday.
Please send your modifications or design update by 15th of June to avoid rescheduling.

Customer Support Availability

Our customer service team will be able to assist you until 6:30pm, June 18th, 2026. For emergencies, please send email inquiries to sales@efpcb.com and we will get back to you as soon as we have resumed operations.

Logistics and Shipping

Keep in mind that shipping services may be delayed during the holiday due to the limited availability of couriers. Please ship your goods before June 18th, 2026 to avoid interruption.
